HOA Reserve Planning processes reserve-plan information locally on your device. The app does not send reserve-plan information or usage data to the developer and contains no developer-operated account system, analytics, advertising, tracking, or backend service.
Scope
This policy describes the privacy practices of the HOA Reserve Planning app for Mac, iPhone, and iPad, the support email address, and the website at www.hoareserveplanning.com. The app is developed by Mark Harris.
Information handled by the app
The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or use reserve-plan information or app-usage information for analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking. The developer does not receive or have access to reserve-plan documents or generated reports through the app.
The app does not require an HOA Reserve Planning account and does not use a developer-operated cloud database or storage service.
Reserve-plan documents and reports
Reserve-plan documents and generated reports are stored in locations selected or managed by you, such as local device storage, Finder, Files, iCloud Drive, or another file provider. Your device and the selected storage provider control access to and synchronization of those files.
When you choose iCloud Drive or another file provider, that provider’s terms and privacy practices govern its handling of the files. When you share or export a document or report, the destination and services you choose govern the transferred copy.
Support email
If you voluntarily contact support by email, the developer receives the information you include in the message and uses it only to understand and respond to the support request. Email messages and attachments are processed by the email providers used by you and the developer, including Google for the developer’s Gmail support address, under those providers’ terms and privacy practices.
Reserve plans and reports may contain association-specific financial information. Do not attach them to a support request unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them through email.
Website privacy
The website code does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, user accounts, or contact forms, and it does not deliberately set cookies. Links that open your email application do not send information until you choose to send a message.
The service used to host this website may process standard technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site under the hosting provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
Third-party software
HOA Reserve Planning includes ZIPFoundation for local ZIP archive processing. The app does not use that dependency to collect data, track users, or communicate with a developer-operated service.
Your choices
Because the app does not operate an account or collect app data, there is no developer-held app profile or reserve-plan database to access or delete. You control where plan documents and reports are stored and may move or delete them with Finder, Files, or the selected file provider.
